NY POST – Kevin Spacey has been hit with formal criminal charges for allegedly sexually assaulting a teenage boy two years ago, it was revealed Monday as the actor posted a bizarre YouTube video of himself reprising the role of Frank Underwood.
The “Usual Suspects” star faces felony charges of indecent assault and battery at a Nantucket bar in July of that year, the Boston Globe reported.
Spacey will be arraigned in Nantucket District Court on Jan. 7.
The disturbing allegations against the Oscar winner were first lodged last year by former Boston news anchor Heather Unruh.
She said her son, who was 18 at the time, met Spacey at the Club Car restaurant, where the “House of Cards” actor plied him with booze before allegedly touching his genitals.
The 59-year-old saw his Hollywood career go up in flames following similar allegations of sexual misconduct by more than a dozen men.
Vidéo bizarre…
Shortly after news of the charges broke, the disgraced actor tweeted a link to a bizarre three-minute video titled “Let Me Be Frank” in which he reprises his role of Underwood in the hit Netflix political drama.
Writers of the show killed off Spacey’s presidential character in the final season in response to the mounting sexual assault allegations.
“I know what you want. You want me back,” Spacey says in Underwood’s distinctive Southern drawl. “Of course, some believed everything and have just been waiting with bated breath to hear me confess it all. They’re just dying to have me declare that everything said is true and I got what I deserved … But you wouldn’t believe the worst without evidence, would you? You wouldn’t rush to judgments without facts, would you?”

N’oubliez pas que Spacey a choisi l’heure des allégations d’agression initiale pour annoncer qu’il sortait du placard en tant qu’homme gay, ce que la plupart ont trouvé méprisable.

"I think putting together a polished show can be very important."
