Lynne Patton said in a little-noticed Facebook post that Michael Cohen turned on Trump after Robert Mueller threatened to prosecute his wife.

In case you can’t read that, it says:
What many of you may not be aware of is the fact that I can personally confirm that the ONLY reason Michael Cohen “turned on” the President of the United States is because Mueller threatened to throw his wife in jail for up to 30 years. Period. She is the co-guarantor of a $20M personal loan that Mueller discovered Michael secured back in 2015 by falsely inflating the value of his taxi medallions – effectively making her part & parcel to the federal charge of “Making False Statements to a Financial Institution,” to which Cohen ultimately plead guilty. This is also the reason why Cohen’s longtime taxi medallion partner, Evgeny “Gene” Freidman, was granted immunity.
Now of course none of this has been verified to my knowledge, but I don’t know why she’d lie about such a thing. In fact she wrote it as part of a longer Facebook post in mid January, well before the hearing took place.

And honestly, the way Cohen did an about face against Trump, it does ring true. He went from being willing to take a bullet for Trump to the one firing the bullets.
But in any event, take it for what it’s worth to you.

  1. Mueller and his band of shysters threatened Cohen? Never forget who is Mueller’s enforcer, Andrew Weissmann… what that RAT did to Senator Stevens is outrageous. He should have been disbarred and fired for abuse of power.

Mueller and his shysters should be facing a Grand Jury. I don’t know if I’m angrier at the NTs for pushing the Mueller ruse or Mueller and his shysters!!??

  2. I think this tactic should be illegal. If they both violated the law throw them both in jail. Using this tactic can cause people to say what the prosecutor wants to hear and to make accusations the prosecutor wants them to make. I think it’s a corrupt tactic for prosecutors that can’t prove their case.

NBC Washington Correspondent Yamiche Alcindor and former U.S. Attorney Barbara McQuade join Andrea Mitchell to discuss key challenges facing the January 6 Committee ahead of their primetime hearings this week: getting a "distracted nation" to pay attention and understand what's at stake. “I think the biggest challenge for lawmakers here, as they talk about these sort of huge ideas of American democracy and sort of the experiment that we're all living in, benefiting from, possibly being brought to his knees, is whether or not they can make people care,” says Alcindor. “The American public has been groomed to expect high value quick entertainment,” says McQuade. "I think putting together a polished show can be very important."
