Elderly man 'assaulted' while wearing MAGA hat
An 81-year-old man wearing a "Make America Great Again" cap was allegedly attacked in New Jersey on Monday for his support of President Trump, officials said.
The victim — an unidentified male from Franklin Township — was at a supermarket just before 3:30 p.m. when he was "assaulted," the Somerset County Prosecutor's Office said in a news release.
The man was "confronted" about the iconic red hat made famous during Trump’s presidential campaign, and suffered minor injuries during the incident.
It doesn’t matter if someone is young or old.
Wearing the famous MAGA hat is enough to make some liberals see ‘red’, so much so they go on the attack.
The latest incident of this happening was yesterday in New Jersey to an 81 year old man who was just out shopping:

The store’s employees couldn’t immediately be reached for comment.The attack left the man with minor injuries, prosecutors said. He declined treatment at the scene, according to prosecutors.Prosecutors didn’t immediately provide additional details about the attack or the suspect they’re searching for.It wasn’t immediately clear if the attack was caught on surveillance tape. The incident is under investigation.
These MAGA assaults are becoming an epidemic in this country. And this one sounds particularly shameful.
Who attacks an elderly man for anything? Especially one out shopping, minding his own business?
The news media and Democrats love to blame Trump for hate crimes against that involve some sort of racism. Well who do they blame for these kind of intolerant MAGA hat attacks? Maybe they should look in the mirror at their near-100% negative coverage of Trump, calling him a racist and a bigot all the time.
Remember how obsessed and hateful they became just because a Catholic school kid wore a MAGA hat on the lincoln memorial?
Look, I’m not blaming anyone but the idiot who perpetrated this shameful assault against an elderly victim. Just making the point that Democrats and the news media goes to ridiculous lengths to blame Trump for things he has nothing to do with. Heck I just heard Bernie last night suggest Trump is the cause of rising hate-crimes around the country. It’s shameful, and unfortunately people wearing MAGA hats all around the country are paying the price for such political malice.

I blame democrats. Maxine Waters challenged people to attack. And their rhetoric is inspiring attacks on Republicans at ball fields too. But the epidemic of attacks against people with the red MAGA hats is the latest incarnation of the evil of The Left. Are they deliberately orchestrating this? Not overtly. But their words are exacerbating a dangerous trend. And the damned, criminal MSM is especially culpable. THEY want a war. Yes they do! And if they keep pushing, people on the right may just oblige them. And then America will tear itself apart. SMH
ReplyDeleteOne other note… My wife and I just sat down tonight to watch Venom. Embedded in that movie is another commentary on Climate Change and how mankind is destroying the earth. Whenever I watch a movie, it’s almost always for entertainment – or escapism. Same with online video games. But Hollywood and the damned Left just keep turning up the flame with their propaganda and immerse us in their psychosis. Again, degree by degree, this crap never seems to end.
