Former Chicago Police Officer Says Smollett Has Been Consistent About One Thing: 'Lying'

CWB Chicago submitted a FOIA requested and has quickly gotten their hands on the complete Chicago PD Jussie Smollett investigative files and has now released them to the public.

You can both files here and here.
But what I think you’ll find even more interesting is the prosecutor’s four-page summary of Smollett’s actions which, according to Guy Benson, contains a great deal of evidence of the actor coordinating the “attack”.
