Judge Jeanine: Trump tries to make decisions that are best for you and me

What separates President Trump from every other president, is that he’s not one to hold his finger to the political winds before he makes a decision.

  1. A more conservative form of The View imo (with an opposite slant). I can't stand either of these two anymore. They were Trump's chearleaders during the 2016 GOP Primary and haven't shut it ever since. And the bias... I'd rather see the democrats rip each other apart.

To me, this is a big gamble for Trump. I hope he wins out in the end. Because it feels like he's letting the Wicked Witch from the West walk all over him. And she sucks!!! :-)

  2. If the federal workers have a problem with the shutdown they could look for another job. All employment has it's good times and bad. Most of us can be fired at any time, and company retirement plans are a thing of the past. Let these pampered babies work under the rules of the private sector and see how much they like it. Six ATCs decided to put travels at risk by having their own sick-out. They should have been fired on the spot. Instead of sending a hard message to federal employees. Trump caved to the Democrats.

    1. You ever been fired or layed off and gone without a paycheck, having to go to the soup kitchen and food banks? Until you have walked a mile in someone shoes you shouldn't challenge their hardships.

    2. I've been through a nine month strike without a paycheck and numerous layoffs. If you don't like your situation get another job. It's just that simple.

NBC Washington Correspondent Yamiche Alcindor and former U.S. Attorney Barbara McQuade join Andrea Mitchell to discuss key challenges facing the January 6 Committee ahead of their primetime hearings this week: getting a "distracted nation" to pay attention and understand what's at stake. “I think the biggest challenge for lawmakers here, as they talk about these sort of huge ideas of American democracy and sort of the experiment that we're all living in, benefiting from, possibly being brought to his knees, is whether or not they can make people care,” says Alcindor. “The American public has been groomed to expect high value quick entertainment,” says McQuade. "I think putting together a polished show can be very important."
